Shipping & Returns Policy

It is normally our practice to ship all orders the next business day after receiving the order. All orders received before 5pm PST will usually be shipped out the next day by our carrier. We will always ship an order within two business days of you placing your order, unless we contact you and tell you otherwise.

Our store makes every attempt to not sell backordered or out of stock items. If for some reason you have ordered a product that is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately and let you know. You will tell you when we anticipate shipping your order and you will have the option to receive a refund if you are not happy with the timeframe of delivery.

The Bunny Guy strives to provide the best customer service that is humanly possible. We promise to only deliver the best quality products and that you will be happy with them.

We are aware that even with our attention to detail, that occasionally there is a problem with a product. If your receive a product and are not happy with it for any reason, please contact us immediately after receiving it to arrange for a refund and the return of the item.
